We install and repair roof coverings. Materials, junctions and areas to be repaired are reviewed with the client before work begins.

02 / Sheet metal work
Flashings for building junctions.
We install flashings and trims in the locations specified in the plans. We coordinate the work with the progress of roofing and facade installation.

03 / Facade work
Boards, panels and cassettes in place.
We install facade cladding according to the project plans and product-specific installation instructions. The sequence of work is agreed with the other installation crews.

Working at height
is planned before work begins.
Our staff have training in working at height. We follow the site's safety plan and task-specific instructions.

Our own specialists focus on roofing, sheet metal and facade installation. A support crew can prepare work areas, move materials, protect surfaces and collect installation waste.
We agree task boundaries and the sequence of work with site management. The client receives both installation work and the supporting site tasks from one company.

Is the specialist work carried out by Gene-Works Oy's own staff?
Yes. Roofing, sheet metal and facade work is carried out by Gene-Works Oy's own specialists. The scope and responsibilities are agreed with the client before work begins.
What types of roofs and facades do you install?
Our roofing work covers bitumen, membrane and metal roofs, with repairs as agreed. Facade work includes installing facade boards, sandwich panels, cassettes and metal cladding. We review the project plans and materials when preparing the quotation.
Can we order sheet metal work on its own?
Yes. We can agree a separate scope for work such as window and eaves flashings, cover trims or rainwater system installation. The scope is defined according to the project plans.
How is work at height organised?
Our workers have training in working at height. Fall protection, access routes and the use of access platforms and scaffolding are reviewed before work begins, in line with the client's safety plan and the task. Site induction is part of getting started.
Can we also get site support from the same company?
Yes. Our own specialists carry out the agreed installation work, while a support crew takes care of material handling, surface protection, cleaning and waste sorting. We agree task boundaries and the sequence of work with the client's site management.
