This page is for a company that has workers from us on its site. It is opened with a one-time link sent to the work e-mail address you used in your enquiry — there is no password and no account to create. For every worker assigned to you it shows the requirements that apply, the state of each one, the date it was checked and how long it is valid, and a button that gives you the statement for the occupational safety authority for a chosen month, with the gaps named, and asks us for the originals. How to read it, and what it is not yet

Seven states, no percentages: verified; pending or expiring; missing or overdue; for review — nobody has assessed it yet; checked by AI — awaiting a signature; awaiting a person's decision; and not applicable, with the reason on file. A green state is never shown unless a named person recorded the basis and the date — a colour that nobody signed is worth nothing to you when an inspector asks.

This is the first version and it is filled in by hand: a named person at Gene-Works records each check into the file behind this page. Agreed hours and charges per assignment, and a live feed from payroll, are planned after the pilot — they are not here today, and we do not draw them as if they were.

What you will not see, by law: a worker's tax card, bank account, net pay, garnishments, health data or a library of passport scans. You see the requirements of the job and whether each one is met, which is what the Act on the Protection of Privacy in Working Life (759/2004) allows us to share with you.
