Verified installers on your site, employed by Gene-Works Oy under Finnish law and the applicable collective agreement. Direction and supervision of the work are yours; pay, insurance, working-time records and right-to-work checks are ours. Price per paid hour with an open structure.
A defined package of work under our own responsibility: cable pulling, cable trays and supports, roofing, sandwich panels, façades, steel and support structures, mechanical installation, construction cleaning, site logistics, material handling, winter maintenance and other supporting works. Who runs the work on site is set by the contract for the package — our own foreman or your supervisor.
We hold housing capacity for up to 400 people near Kajaani and Kuhmo and run our own transport to site by shift. That is what makes a large crew possible on the northern sites at all: near them the rental market is thin, and a crew that has nowhere to sleep does not arrive.
Elsewhere accommodation is arranged per assignment, and so is the employer's insurance cover for the people on it. For trades we have in the pool with the right to work in the EU, installers are typically on site 1–3 weeks after arrival: the tax number (1–3 working days by the Tax Administration's own estimate) and card delivery set the pace. The exact start date for your site is fixed in the written offer.

An open structure removes the incentive to underpay: you see that the worker is paid under the agreement, and the worker sees where the client's hour goes. Public procurement in Finland already uses this model for staff leasing (framework agreement Hansel / StaffPoint, 1 March 2023 – 28 February 2027). The Court of Justice of the EU has confirmed that housing and meals may not be counted towards a worker's minimum pay (case C-396/13, 12 February 2015) — we never do.

"Personnel" means leased workers on your site under your direction. "Work package" means a defined scope under our own responsibility, with the contract naming who runs the work. Electrical installation as our own work package is not offered on this site: the contractor registration number and the name of the responsible electrical work supervisor are not yet known here, and we do not claim what we cannot show.

No — the responsible electrical supervisor (sähkötöiden johtaja) is required of the electrical contractor, not of each installer. In staff leasing our installers work under your supervisor and licence. If you need us to take a package as our own contract, we say so openly: that requires our own S1/S2, and we do not offer it.
The order set by the Employment Contracts Act (55/2001, chapter 2, section 9): first the collective agreement that binds Gene-Works as the employer; where none applies, the agreement that binds the user company; and failing both, the terms the user company applies in practice. For electrical installation that is the electrical contracting agreement, for HVAC and piping the building-services agreement, for shell trades the construction agreement. We name the agreement in the offer and show its pay table.
Our workers are employed by a Finnish company under Finnish law and Finnish collective agreements. The posted-workers regime (Act 447/2016) applies to foreign employers sending workers to Finland, which is not our model. We confirm the arrangement in writing for each assignment.
For trades we have in the pool with the right to work in the EU: from the confirmed order, the binding items are the tax number (the Tax Administration's own estimate is 1–3 working days with complete details; the appointment and the site's own induction come on top) and card delivery; installers are typically on site 1–3 weeks after arrival. Non-EU hires need a residence permit for an employed person and are started only against a confirmed order.
