A data-centre campus is built in three overlapping phases; the mechanical and electrical phase is the longest and needs the most people. Calculators are open for ten trades: electrician, pipe welder, pipefitter, HVAC fitter, sprinkler fitter, technical insulator, steel fixer, precast element installer, scaffolder and rigger. For every other trade, send your profile — we reply within one working day with the collective agreement that applies and a preliminary group range.
The employer and the subject of the contracting work decide which collective agreement applies — not the name of your trade and not the site. The same welder can fall under the building services agreement with one employer and under the building construction agreement with another.
That is why a trade on this page carries the name of the agreement we would expect, and never a pay group by itself. Your group is set by a description of the work you carry out independently, and the result is a preliminary pair of adjacent groups — checked against your documents before any offer.
General labourers from outside the EU; electrical installation as our own contract without a responsible electrical supervisor; work on refrigerant circuits without a Finnish qualification; crane operation on a foreign licence alone.
