Level-by-level commissioning and integrated systems testing; salaried, project-based. Employment with Gene-Works Oy under Finnish law and the collective agreement for the electrical contracting and installation sector 2025–2028.
Level 1–5 commissioning and integrated systems testing. Salaried specialist role, not a TES pay group; for non-EU candidates the specialist permit threshold applies (3 937 €/month in 2026). Energisation and switching stay with persons holding Finnish authorisations.
Pay is set by the collective agreement of the sector — for this trade usually the collective agreement for the electrical contracting and installation sector 2025–2028. Your pay group depends on your qualification, your experience and the work you do independently; we name the agreement, the group and the hourly rate in the written offer before you travel.
On data-centre construction sites in Finland. Current projects are in Hamina, Kajaani, Muhos, Espoo and Kirkkonummi; see where the work is. The exact site, start date and housing depend on the project and are agreed with you before you travel. Accommodation and transport to the site are arranged by us and confirmed for each assignment.
